Eastern Goleta Valley Asphalt Paving was founded in 2017 by a crew with deep roots in the Santa Barbara area. We started doing residential driveways and parking lot work for local property owners, and over the years we grew into the full-service asphalt contractor we are today - serving homeowners, commercial property managers, and HOA communities across Eastern Goleta Valley and the surrounding region.

Eastern Goleta Valley sits in a unique spot between the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez Mountains, with clay-heavy soils that shift seasonally, intense year-round UV, and winter rains that arrive fast and hard. We have learned to build for those conditions - proper base prep, correct drainage slopes, and materials that hold up in this coastal climate. Whether a property is down near the flatlands or up on a hillside closer to the mountains, we know what the ground is doing and plan accordingly.
